Description
Kyrion® File Encoder 2.0 is an MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 file-based video/
audio compression solution. Kyrion File Encoder is able to process
multiple audio tracks associated with DVB subtitling and Closed
Captioning enabling broadcasters and operators to feed their On
Demand catalogue with a wide variety of content.
Full Interoperability
Kyrion File Encoder includes ATEME’s MP4/Transport Stream output
muxers, interoperable with numerous Set Top Boxes and Streaming
Servers. Full control of these muxers gives the user the capability to ingest
H.264 streams into any On Demand systems built upon Conditional Access
Services, Digital Rights Management, VOD Servers, transport layers, and
decoders such as Adobe® Flash® Media Player.
Multi-Level Automation/Workflow Capability
Kyrion File Encoder offers multi-level 24/7 automation and workflow
capabilities. An intelligent Watch Folder allows for file aggregation,
networked supervision of multiple encoding licenses, SDK for integration
with user’s own Media Asset Management system, and compatibility with
third party workflows.
