KCL has been appointed as Ittiam's Value Added Reseller for the UK and Ireland to sell their range of DSP based speech codecs, audio codecs, video codecs and engineering services/custom product development.

Ittiam Systems undertakes customization of their DSP system designs for given customer specifications. In this model the entire process from specification to finish is handled on a turnkey basis by Ittiam. The objective is to augment customers’ research and development capability using world class talent and innovative solutions already available in Ittiam Systems.

As a Texas Instruments Advanced Software Provider (ASP), Ittiam can supply TI and/or their own libraries for many DaVinci processors and also integrate them into example solutions for easy integration by OEMs.

Multi-Channel H.264 Baseline Encoder for DM6467

Tailored for best quality and channel densities for high end Video Servers and Video Recorders the encoder can encoder 4 x D1 channels at 1-3Mbps, or 16 x CIF channels at 384-784Kbps. Ittiam can also supply complete Video Security Media Systems (VSMS) using this technology

H.264 Main Profile Encoder on DM648

H.264 Main Profile Encoder supports 2 x D1 or 10 x CIF channels on 900Mhz DM648. This encoder is also available for other C64x+ based processors including DM644x and DM647.

MPEG4 Advanced Simple Profile Decoder on DM648

MPEG4 Advanced Simple Profile Decoder for DVR applications supports 4 x D1 channels at 1-3Mbps or 18 CIF channels at 384-784Kbps on a 900MHz DM648.

MP3 Encoder/Decoder (C64x Plus)

Supports MPEG2 Layer3 and supports all sampling frequencies in the range of 16Khz to 48Khz with bit rates 16-320Kbps.

WMV9 SP Encoder

Fully validated and compliant encoder which supports YUV422i raw video input format and also supports VBR and CBR modes of operation.

MPEG2 MP Encoder (C64x Plus)

Fully validated and compliant encoder which supports YUV 420 planar and YUV422i as raw data inputs. Supports rate control to generate a CBR stream.
