Innovative products now available from KCL
KCL have recently signed a Distributor Agreement with Innovative Integration to sell their DSP, Data Acquisition and FPGA real-time solutions in the UK.

Since 1988, Innovative Solutions has been delivering a rich mix of advanced data acquisition, signal processing and embedded systems off the shelf. These board level products integrate the best analogue I/O and reconfigurable FPGAs to provide cost effective solutions for challenging applications.
Board products are available in a number of standard form factors including Compact PCI (3U and 6U), PCI Express and PCI with DSP and FPGA processing and an extensive range of I/O capability including PMC/XMC and OMNIBUS modules. Adaptors are also available, i.e. XMC to PCI Express to provide even greater flexibility.
Details are provided below of a few of the different products that are available.

PCI Expresss PMC/XMC Modules |
PCI Express PMC/XMC modules feature Spartan 3 FPGAs (X3 range) or Virtex 5 FPGAs (X5 range), combined with high performance analogue and digital I/O on a standard PMC format with flexible PCI Express host interface bus. PMC modules utilise Virtex II FPGA and high end ADCs and DACs and are ideally suited for use with Velocia CompactPCI boards (or PCI based systems using appropriate adapters). |

PCI application orientated DSP boards |
The Matador series combines C6711/C6713 floating point DSPs and Spartan II FPGAs with a range of high performance ADCs and DACs ranging from 24-bit/192KHz to 16-bit/28MHz. |
|
SBC16713e is a high-performance, flexible, stand-alone DSP board with Ethernet connectivity,
loaded with I/O peripherals. Built around the powerful, C-friendly, 300MHz floating point C6713
DSP, it is a fully open platform with 15+ OMNIBUS available off-the-shelf daughter cards that provide a wide choice of A/D and D/A and also supporting simple EMIF bus interface to custom
IO daughter cards. TCP/IP is running on a dedicated DM642 co-processor to preserve the C6713
for user-code and other peripheral controls.

eInstrument intelligent embedded instrumentation |
eInstrument-PC provides a rugged standalone instrument combining Windows/Linux embedded PC and XMC I/O modules with data logging option.
eInstrument-DAQ Node provides a rugged enclosure of XMC modules connected to a host PC via 200MB/s cables PCIe LAN. |
|
Integrates XMC analogue/digital I/O and processing modules with a 2 or 8 TB Hard Disk Array with 1000MB/s sustained data flow rates. |
|
Extensive software support for all Innovative Integration hardware, including tools and libraries both DSP and host side plus FrameWork Logic to support VHDL and Matlab/Simulink programming plus Logic IP Cores for FPGAs for wireless RADAR and instrumentation applications. |
|
| |
PCI/cPCI DSP boards with Omnibus I/O |
The Modular series offers a number of PCI/cPCI DSP boards which can be used with a wide range of Omnibus I/O modules. |
|
| |
64-bit compact PCI DSP and FPGA Board |
The Velocia series includes 3U and 6U products incorporating C6416 DSPs and Virtex II FPGAs, advanced connectivity, open systems architecture and PMC/XMC sites for I/O. |
