To playback these video files you need to install and then run the H264MediaPlayerInstaller.exe included in this folder.

All the video samples are PAL, 4CIF, 25fps, 1 minute duration. Fixed bitrates used are specified in the filenames.

Video source is a DVD Player connected via Composite.
