ADACMaster III High Speed ADC/DAC LYRIO Module

ADACMaster III

The ADACMaster III is a LYRIO expansion module designed for Lyrtech LYRIO+/LYRIO carrier boards such as the SignalMasterQuad Virtex 4. The module supports dual 125 MSPS, 14-bit ADC and dual 500 MSPS, 16-bit interpolating DAC, with LX/SX Virtex 4 FPGA for pre and post processing.

RAVe RTM Audio/Video Module for Lyrtech SignalMasterQuad Virtex 4

RAVe Module

The RAVe (RTM Audio/Video) is a cPCI rear transition module for the Lyrtecn SignalMasterQuad Virtex 4 DSP/FPGA cPCI advanced development platform. The module features an S-Video (Y/C) or composite (CVBS) video analogue input, that supports either NTSC/ PAL or SECAM, a DVI (digital only, no sub-VGA) video digital output, and two channels 16-bit audio inputs/outputs.

The SFF-SDR Development Platform includes the evaluation module described above plus Data Conversion Module and optional Radio Frequency Module plus Model Based Design Kit (MBDK) and evaluation copies of MathWork’s software tools.

TI Transceiver Reference – Design options for SFF-SDR Front End

Texas Instruments

If different input frequencies are required, it is possible to use a range of Texas Instruments Transceiver Reference Designs such as the 2.5GHz, TSW5002EVM instead of the standard radio frequency module.

GSM Wireless Base Station (BTS) Reference Design on SFF-SDR Platform

The reference design is a simplified GSM base station system that uses the Lyrtech GSM protocol stack and implements basic communications between two GSM devices and the SFF SDR DP that emulates a base station (BTS) and network functions. The target platform is the modular SFF SDR DP, equipped with a baseband DSP/FPGA board, high-speed sampling board used to sample the intermediate frequencies (IF) front end. IF processing is performed by the FPGA. Its design is implemented with SimuLink and System Generator for DSP software tools.

GSM Protocol Stack on SFF-SDR Platform

The Lyrtech GSM protocol stack is a DSP/FPGA based GSM solution targeted at DSP/FPGA architectures. The Lyrtech GSM protocol stack and application specific reference designs (such as a femto BTS) Can run and be demonstrated on the Lyrtech SFF SDR DP.

Quad Dual Band RF Transceiver for MIMO and RF Base Station

The Quad Dual Band RF Transceiver is a four channel MIMO RF analogue front end, as a companion to the Lyrtech VHS- ADC/DAC Virtex 4 family of advanced development platforms, which provides the analogue-to-digital-to-analogue multi-channel conversion interface and digital signal processing capabilities. When combined with additional DSP/FPGA processing boards, such as the SignalMasterQuad Virtex 4, it becomes a complete and very high performance MIMO RF development system.

CORBA Embedded for Multi-Processor DSP Systems

CORBA enables software components in a multi-processor system to easily communicate; regardless of what language they are written in, what OS they run on, or where they are located. Even better, CORBA makes is easy to move functionality between DSPs, GPPs and FPGAs. CORBA is an open, vendor-neutral standard created by the Object Management Group ( OMG) consortium. CORBA enables pieces of programmes, called objects, to communicate with one another over networks.
