Aexeon Analytix is a family of PCI boards specifically designed for video analytics applications. Aexeon Analytix is a unique solution for adding video analytics to new or existing DVRs. With up to four Texas Instruments DM642 processors, Aexeon Analytix products perform the video processing onboard without the need for host system processor intervention, allowing existing application to stay intact. All Aexeon Analytix products support the ObjectVideo OnBoard Software Suite for embedded video processing. No application development is necessary for immediate results.
It is possible to record MPEG4 compressed video to a .M4v file on a remote PC using the standard VLC PC player. It is then possible to playback the saved MPEG4 file using VLC or any other PC player, including the Ateme PC Player.

The VMA family of standalone MPEG encoders offer compact and flexible compression and streaming modules for developers to integrate into their products. Compression methods include MJPEG, MPEG1, MPEG2 and MPEG4 (Simple Profile). Audio encoding is also supported with MPEG1 Layer 2, PCM and AAC low complexity. Advanced features include capture of still images whilst encoding, text overlay and pause/resume.
