The feedback received on the way we handle customer orders and deliver products is very good and shows an increase over the last period. 61% very happy, 31% happy and 8% satisfied. No one responded to this first question as unhappy. Last period we had 2 unhappy customers. So we have an improvement here too.
The second question asks how happy they are with the product they purchased. 45% are very happy, 39% are happy and 14% are satisfied. 2% answered unhappy. This was 1 customer who was not happy that his Pan & Tilt unit didn’t come with a power supply. When I looked into this, Pauline’s email dated 10/09/08 did mention this was an option to him.

The feedback received on the way we handle customer orders and deliver products is very good and shows a slight increase over the last period. 64% very happy, 33% happy and 3% satisfied. No one responded to this first question as unhappy. We also had no unhappy customers in the last period. This means that, of those customers that registered, we have no unhappy customer in the past year for this first question.
